Michelle Samson Doel, CPA.CA, ICD.D, is President of Samson-Doel Group Limited, a private investment corporation and former Executive Chair of the Board of Multi-Marques Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of bakery products and 2000 recipient of the prestigious Canada’s Top 50 Best managed Private Companies Award.
Michelle has spent most of her career consolidating the bakery industry in Québec and the Eastern Provinces of Canada through strategic mergers and acquisitions with a hands on operations approach.
Michelle has served on the board of more than a dozen privately held Canadian or U.S corporations, the 3rd largest Crown Corporation in Canada and many not-for profit organizations. She presently serves on the boards of Lallemand Inc, Emballage St-Jean Ltd. and the Greater Toronto Airport Authorities GTAA – Toronto Pearson International Airports.
