Frédérick Bouthillette

Frédérick Bouthillette holds a bachelor of science in administration (accounting option) from Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec. Currently Assistant Deputy Minister for Strategic Public Transit and Rail Projects at the Ministère des Transports, he was previously Vice-President of Project Governance at the Société québécoise des infrastructures.
Mr. Bouthillette has solid experience in governance and management of major projects and a thorough knowledge of all projects currently underway across Québec.
