Rana Ghorayeb
Executive Vice-President and Head of Real Estate, CDPQ & Director, CDPQ Infra
Rana Ghorayeb was appointed as the Executive Vice-President and Head of Real Estate at CDPQ. She is also a member of CDPQ's Executive Committee.
Ms. Ghorayeb joined CDPQ in 2012 as Senior Vice-President of the Infrastructure team. Prior to that, she was President of Aquilae Capital, a real estate consulting firm. She also served as Vice President, Acquisitions at JP Morgan Asset Management in London, where she was responsible for real estate investments in several European countries. In addition, she was a real estate investment partner at TIAA (Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, formerly TIAA-CREF), a U.S. insurance and investment fund company.
Ms. Ghorayeb holds a Master of Science in Finance from New York University, and a Master of Engineering in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from Concordia University. She currently serves on the Board of Governors of Concordia University and the Advisory Board of the Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science.
