Marc-André Duval
Vice-President, Talent and Culture, CDPQ Infra
Marc-André Duval holds the position of Vice-President, Talent and Culture at CDPQ Infra, a subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. Since 2016, he has been responsible for all human resources strategies and for growing corporate culture in order to engage employees in helping CDPQ Infra achieve its ambitions.
With over 25 years’ experience, Duval has also held various leadership roles in labour relations, health and safety, and corporate human resources management. Before joining CDPQ Infra, he worked at Bombardier Aerospace, CGI and Olymel. Duval holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal.
