Denis Andlauer
Vice-President, Transport Strategies, CDPQ Infra
Denis Andlauer was appointed Vice-President, Transport Strategies, in March 2026, after serving for three years as Vice-President, Operations, for the Réseau express métropolitain (REM). His current responsibilities include the integration of the REM and TramCité into existing transportation networks, as well as various issues related to the development of the Alto high-speed rail project. Prior to this appointment as Vice-President, he served as Director of Operations at CDPQ Infra from 2015 to 2019, and then as Senior Director of Transportation Strategies from 2019 to 2023.
Before joining CDPQ Infra, he founded and led DA Conseils stratégiques, a consulting firm where he carried out mandates related to the review of public transit governance in the Montréal region for several institutional clients. He gained part of his experience in urban and school transportation as Vice-President at Orléans Express. During that time, he contributed to the creation of Keolis Canada, where he served as President and CEO from 2012 to 2014. Previously, he worked at the Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) in Québec City from 2002 to 2009, first as Director of Maintenance and later overseeing all RTC operations.
Before moving to Québec, Denis Andlauer was responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Lyon metro system, which includes France’s first fully automated metro line. He began his career in high-speed train (TGV) maintenance at the French National Railway Company (SNCF).
Denis Andlauer is a graduate of the École nationale supérieure d’Arts et Métiers in Paris and holds a certificate in corporate governance from Université Laval.
